Under the influence of drugs while driving in Hagenbach

On 19.01.25, the patrol of the PI Wörth conducted a traffic check on a car at around 00:30 am. No defects were found on the vehicle, however, abnormalities were detected in the 18-year-old novice driver, suggesting drug influence.
A voluntary preliminary test was positive for THC, which reinforced the suspicions, leading to an ordered blood test. A misdemeanor procedure was initiated, and the driver's license was secured preventively. A report regarding the novice driver's behavior in traffic will be delivered to the driver's license office.
