1 Control - 7 Measures

On Thursday, January 16, 2025, around midnight, a patrol of the Bitburg police was able to locate a leased vehicle with foreign license plates near the town of Spangdahlem and subject it to a check. There were a total of 7 occupants in the vehicle, of which 5 people were wanted for the purpose of determining their residence.
There was a warrant out for another person for the payment of a monetary arrest warrant. Another vehicle occupant was also wanted due to the payment of a so-called security deposit.

All measures could be completed on site and the persons could subsequently be released from the check.
