Theft of construction equipment

Gera: On Thursday (16.01.2025) at around 07:30 am, a person in charge of a building materials store on Naulitzer Straße reported a break-in at the company premises. Unknown perpetrators forcefully gained access to a storage area between 4 pm on 15.01. and 7 am on 16.01.2025, from which four vibrating plates and a stone cutting table worth approximately 24,000 euros were stolen.
The unknown individuals were subsequently able to escape undetected. The Gera criminal police have initiated investigations and ask witnesses of the incident to report by calling the telephone number 0365 / 8234-1465 (reference number 0014155/2025). (AK)
