He raised his right arm and repeated the display of an unconstitutional sign. He ignored the request to stop this. The 51-year-old was to be taken to the station for all further procedural measures. On the way there, he resisted by wriggling out of the grip and pushing against the direction of travel. He also repeatedly shouted the same unconstitutional slogan. At the station, he was searched and several tablets, a crack pipe, and a small amount of cannabis were found. The man, originally from Algeria, continued his unconstitutional statements, urinated in the custody area, and continued to behave very conspicuously. The conducted breath alcohol and drug tests showed over 1.3 per mille and a positive result for cocaine. Shortly thereafter, the man tried to defecate in the cell and injure himself. The federal police officers prevented this and called an emergency doctor, who decided to take the man to a hospital after examining him. Criminal charges were filed against the suspect for fare evasion, threat, use of symbols of unconstitutional organizations, and resistance to law enforcement officers.
