His attempt to excuse himself with the reason of allegedly having used mouthwash beforehand, fails. A breathalyzer test confirms the policeman's suspicion that the man is significantly intoxicated. The man now admits to having driven to the police station in an intoxicated state, which resulted in a blood test and the seizure of his driver's license. The man now faces another investigation for the new traffic offense.
