Unknown person grazes parked car - significant property damage - witnesses sought

In doing so, they scraped the car of a 32-year-old parked on the right side of the road. The driver's side of the parked car was severely damaged and the side mirror was torn off. The damage is estimated at around 7000 Euros. The passenger side of the unknown culprit's vehicle is likely to be damaged. Traces at the scene of the accident suggest that it could be a blue vehicle. According to a witness statement, a suspicious noise was heard around 07:15 am. However, there is no confirmed information that the accident must have occurred at this time.
