Speyer - E-Scooter without insurance license plate

On Friday afternoon (17.01.2025) at 4:45 pm, a police patrol in the area of Franz-Kirrmeier-Straße noticed the driver of an e-scooter. Since there was no insurance license plate attached to the e-scooter, the man was subjected to a traffic check.
During the check, the 31-year-old vehicle driver could not show a valid insurance proof, which is why he now faces a criminal complaint for violating the compulsory insurance law.
