Immediately after the allegations against the 33-year-old police chief inspector and the 50-year-old police chief inspector became known, among other things, searches of official rooms and the accused's apartments were carried out. Possible evidence was secured.
The Hanover Police Department ordered an immediate investigation of internal processes in the police station where the two officers had served their duty on Monday (January 6, 2025).
Police President Gwendolin von der Osten: "The allegations are serious! The protection of the integrity and credibility of our police is our top priority. Therefore, it is important and correct that the law enforcement agencies reacted immediately when the allegations became known. Now it is necessary to thoroughly examine the facts and clarify them without reservation!" / ram
