Vehicle drove in zigzag lines - witnesses sought

The vehicle is said to have swerved onto the oncoming lane several times and driven in so-called zigzag lines. Oncoming vehicles may have been endangered and possibly had to swerve or brake. The woman was subjected to a traffic check at her home address. Possible reasons for the driving insecurity are likely to be medical.

The police ask that any potentially endangered road users who were driving on L409 from Wendelsheim to Alzey on Tuesday between 6:49 PM and 6:59 PM and may have had to swerve to avoid the Renault, to call the Alzey Police Station at 06731-9110.
