(GP) Gruibingen - Small truck totally overloaded / A small truck was on the road between Gruibingen and Mühlhausen on Wednesday, weighing more than twice as much as allowed

, the police stopped the IVECO small truck. Its 49-year-old driver was driving on the country road and was on his way to Romania. Even during the check, it was clear that the vehicle was significantly overloaded. The police drove the small truck onto a scale. The weighing showed that the vehicle was overloaded by more than double. Instead of the allowed 3,500 kg, 7,600 kg were displayed on the scale. In addition, several technical defects, including insufficient braking performance, were identified. An expert withdrew the vehicle from traffic after inspection. The driver had to pay a security deposit of over 1,200 Euros immediately.
