BPOLI LUD: How did a Pakistani get to the Weinhübel stop?

A few hours ago, federal police officers apprehended a 24-year-old Pakistani near the Weinhübel (Görlitz) stop. As the officers approached the stop, two individuals ran off along the tracks towards Biesnitz (Görlitz) upon spotting the police vehicle.
While the 24-year-old was later cornered in a bush, there is currently no trace of the second person. It remains unclear how the man and his unknown companion reached the aforementioned stop. The apprehended individual claimed to be an Afghan national. However, the documents he carried proved that he is from Pakistan. He also stated that he had crossed the border between Poland Germany overnight. He is currently in police custody. This will likely end with him being sent back to Poland, especially since the accused was demonstrably pushed back into the Polish Republic by the federal police in the summer of last year. A ban on entry had also been issued in connection with the previous unauthorized entry.
