Con artist steals valuable jewelry

Yesterday, Tuesday, at around 2 pm, an unknown male individual rang the doorbell of an apartment on Coesterweg. Under the pretext of needing to inspect the smoke detectors, the 73-year-old female occupant let the man in.
The stranger asked the woman for a glass of water with sugar while he was able to move around the apartment alone. After about 10 minutes, the person left. Only two hours later, the 73-year-old noticed that the stranger had stolen valuable jewelry worth several thousand euros. The stranger could be described as follows:
