(hem/schi) Damage to a speed camera trailer in 31028 Gronau (Leine) / district Rheden - Witness appealOn 17.01.2025, between 18:05 and 18:10, on the L480 at the junction to "Akazienallee" in 31028 Gronau (Leine) / district Rheden, there was damage to a speed camera trailer parked there. An as yet unknown male perpetrator damaged the red plastic cover of the speed camera trailer and ignited a firework on it.
The perpetrator left the scene on foot in the direction of Brüggen.

The damage is currently estimated at around 200 euros.

Theft of election posters in 31028 Gronau (Leine) - Witness appeal

Between 13.01.2025 at around 18:00 and 17.01.2025 until 11:30, there was a theft of several election posters in the street "Am Markt" in 31028 Gronau (Leine). An as yet unknown perpetrator stole two double election posters of the AFD party, which were attached to a street lamp with cable ties.

The resulting damage is estimated at around 50 euros.

Pickpocketing at the ALDI store in Gronau (Leine) - Witness appeal

On 18.01.2025 at 14:30, there was a pickpocketing incident at the ALDI branch in Gronau. An as yet unknown perpetrator stole the victim's wallet containing cash, which was in the pocket of her coat.

Completed and attempted burglary in 31028 Gronau (Leine) - Witness appeal

Between 17.01.25, at 16:25 and 18.01.25 at 07:24, there was a burglary in a shop in Steintorstraße in 31028 Gronau. An as yet unknown perpetrator gained access to the business premises by prying open the entrance door. This and other office rooms were then searched and a three-digit sum of cash was stolen.

The total damage is estimated at a four-digit sum.

Between 17.01.25, at 18:20 and 18.01.25, at 08:15, there was also an attempted burglary in another shop in Steintorstraße. The unknown perpetrator tried to gain access to the business premises by prying open the entrance door. This attempt failed, so it remained an attempt.

The damage to the entrance door is estimated at a three-digit sum.

Due to the temporal and spatial proximity, a connection between the two acts is assumed.
