On January 18, 2025, at around 6:30 PM, during a traffic accident investigation involving a single participant, a 58-year-old accident perpetrator from North Rhine-Westphalia, unusual behavior was observed. It turned out that he had strong sedatives on him and a rapid test indicated cannabis use.
A blood sample was taken. Depending on the results, the driver may face a driving ban or license revocation and a fine.
