Event at CongressPark - Police report a peaceful course of operation

Wolfsburg, Heinrich-Heine-Straße/Klieverhagen 17.01.2025On Friday afternoon, there was a campaign event by the Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz at the CongressPark in Wolfsburg. At the same time, two registered gatherings took place in the vicinity of the event location, which proceeded peacefully.
The Klieverhagen area was closed to individual traffic. There were no major traffic disruptions.

The event ended around 8:40 PM.

The police were present with many forces on site, but overall recorded a quiet operation.
