Police operation after gunshot noises

On Friday, the police were called to a venue in the north of Menden at around 7:30 pm, as a witness could hear bang noises at a wedding celebration. The police appeared on site and were able to find casings from blank firing guns.
As a result, two visitors to the event are being investigated on suspicion of violating the Weapons Act. They are a 25 and a 31 year old event attendee.
