Speyer - Likely grazed mirror while passing by - Damaged party sought

On Thursday morning, around a quarter to eight, a 37-year-old car driver was driving on Blaulstraße towards Burgstraße. Later, she noticed her folded right side mirror and a fresh damage on it, but initially drove to work and reported the accident in the afternoon.
A criminal proceeding was initiated against the 37-year-old.
