Ilbesheim - Speed Check
On Friday, January 17, 2025, from 10:35 a. m.
to 11:35 a., officers from the Landau Police Inspection, along with forces from the Police Headquarters Operations, Logistics, and Technology, conducted a speed check on L 509/Landauer Street in the inner-city area. Traffic was measured in the direction of Klingenmünster. A total of 10 speed violations were penalized, with 50 km/h allowed, of which 9 warnings were issued. The highest speed measured was 74 km/h. The responsible driver must answer in a regulatory offense procedure. In addition to the speed violations, 2 mobile phone violations and 2 seat belt violations were detected.
