Caused damage and drove away

Einbeck; (District) Tuesday, 14.01.2025; 09:00 AM - 11:00 AMOn Tuesday morning, a 75-year-old woman from Dassel parked her Hyundai car in the parking lot of a department store at Altendorfer Tor around 09:00 AM. When she returned to her vehicle some time later, she found that it had been damaged on the driver's side.
An as yet unknown driver must therefore have hit her car while parking or pulling out, causing damage of approximately 1,000 euros. Without taking care of the damage regulation, or allowing his personal details to be determined, the perpetrator left the scene of the accident. The Einbeck police have initiated an investigation into unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident and ask witnesses who have made observations in this regard to call 05561-31310.
