Pedestrian hitA pedestrian suffered minor injuries in a traffic accident on Thursday evening in Reutlingen. A 37-year-old woman was driving a Skoda on Rommelsbacher Strasse in the direction of the city centre shortly after 6 pm.
At the intersection with Föhrstraße, the woman turned right towards B 28 / Schieferstraße. Probably due to a moment of inattention, she overlooked a 25-year-old pedestrian who wanted to cross the pedestrian crossing there from Schieferstraße towards Föhrstraße. The man fell to the ground in the collision with the car. He was treated on the spot by the emergency services. The damage to the car amounts to approximately 1,500 euros. (ms)
