Elmshorn - Seizure of narcotics - Itzehoe District Court issues arrest warrant

On Wednesday afternoon (15.01.2025), police were alerted to a suspicious person in the Elmshorn city area. Officers from the Elmshorn police station were able to locate a 24-year-old in Langelohe who was carrying multiple portions of cocaine and cannabis buds, and was initially arrested based on this discovery.
The narcotics investigation group of the Elmshorn criminal police has taken over the investigation in this case and seized the narcotics.

At the request of the Itzehoe public prosecutor's office, the accused was presented to a magistrate at the Itzehoe district court yesterday, who issued a warrant for pre-trial detention.

The accused has since been transferred to a correctional facility and will now have to face trial.
