(Spaichingen / District of Tuttlingen) - Dacia without liability insurance

On Wednesday evening, officers from the Spaichingen police station wanted to check a Dacia Logan, whose driver subsequently fled on foot. The car was located on Angerstraße in the direction of Schuraerstraße and was supposed to follow the patrol to a suitable check location.
However, the driver only briefly complied with the request, indicated by the "Please follow" sign. Before reaching the check location on Franziskusweg, the driver and his passenger abruptly stopped and fled on foot.

Upon querying the car, it turned out that the Dacia is wanted, as it has not had insurance coverage since last year.

The officers secured the car and had it towed away on the spot. The investigation is ongoing.
