Accident between bus and car ends with criminal charges

The incident occurred when a 25-year-old wanted to turn left into Feuerbachstraße with his Audi Q3 around 4:30 pm. A bus was coming towards him, which in turn wanted to turn right, towards Berliner Straße. In doing so, the bus grazed the left side mirror of the car, damaging the Audi. Without stopping and taking care of the damage, the bus driver continued his journey. The called police officers managed to identify the responsible 42-year-old and check his bus. Here, a scrape damage on the vehicle side could be determined. The man now has to justify himself on suspicion of hit and run. In his statements about the accident, the driver stated that he had been insulted by the 25-year-old. Therefore, the law enforcement officers also filed a complaint against the Audi driver on suspicion of insult. The investigations are ongoing. |kfa
