(Tuttlingen-Nendingen) - False Real Estate Offer

In mid-December, a 50-year-old woman from Rottenburg noticed that unknown individuals had falsely offered her parents' house for sale on a real estate platform. The woman had previously placed an advertisement herself, offering the parental home in Tuttlingen-Nendingen for rent.
The fraudsters apparently used this to offer the house for sale in a fake listing at a relatively low price.

The affected woman noticed the scam when more and more potential buyers contacted her and showed up at the house in Nendingen. She reacted quickly and had the fraudulent real estate ad removed.

The police are once again warning about scams related to real estate ads. Interested parties should always remain critical, not make any advance payments, and verify the authenticity of the ads.
