Kaiserslautern: Car is parked across the street

A 55-year-old man was sitting in the driver's seat and was asleep. After the officers woke the man, they moved his car with his consent. A breathalyzer test on the 55-year-old revealed a value of 1.0 per mille. The car key was secured. According to the man's statement, his driver's license was stolen.
