Dispute with craftsman leads to insult complaint

On Saturday, 18.01.2025, in the early evening hours, a 31-year-old emergency service craftsman in Eilpe took care of a broken heating system in a house. A 38-year-old neighbor was upset about this because she had already requested an emergency service the day before, but it had not appeared.
Now she was of the opinion that her also broken heating system would need urgent repair, which the craftsman should take care of. According to the craftsman's explanation that he was acting within the scope of the order, he claimed to have been subjected to insults and even threats from the resident. Upon the arrival of the called police, different perceptions of the dispute were reported and a corresponding complaint was recorded. The criminal police will now take over further investigations.
