While parking forward in the area of the bicycle stand, the car driver hit a stationary bicycle (with a bicycle basket at the back), which was just being loaded by an unknown cyclist (approx. 50-year-old woman).
Subsequently, the car driver moved her car into another parking space.
Since no damage is presumed to have occurred to the bicycle, the hitherto unknown cyclist left the scene of the incident.
The cyclist is asked to contact the Delmenhorst police (Tel.: 04221-1559-0).
During the recording of the facts, the police officers found indications of mental / physical deficiencies in the car driver. On the application of the Oldenburg public prosecutor's office, a judge ordered the confiscation of the car driver's driver's license. An investigation procedure for endangering road traffic was initiated.
