Witness appeal following arson investigation at Schreiber shelter

This explosion caused significant damage to the shelter. Apparently, unknown perpetrators had detonated fireworks or other explosives in the shelter. The regional commissioner's office of the criminal investigation department in Wittlich, located in Bitburg, has taken over the investigation.
