Drunk driving does not go unnoticed

On this Thursday, January 16, 2024, at 9:40 am, the police conducted a traffic check on a 48-year-old German driver of a Skoda car in Sassnitz on the state road 29.Apparently, the officers could smell alcohol when they first spoke to her. The woman reportedly stated that she had last consumed alcohol in the morning and voluntarily underwent a breathalyzer test.

This resulted in a value of 1.44 per mille.

The driver's license was confiscated, further driving was prohibited and a criminal complaint was filed on suspicion of drunk driving.
