Fröndenberg - Perpetrator caught in the act and temporarily arrested

He was observed by a police service dog handler. This officer attempted to temporarily arrest him. The 38-year-old suspect then tried to flee. He was stopped by the service dog. The intoxicated man, who was under the influence of narcotics, was taken to a hospital with injuries by an ambulance.

The investigation is ongoing.
