BPOL NRW: Police measures disrupted and refusal to provide personal details - Federal Police investigates

On the night of Wednesday (January 15), federal police officers apprehended a man at Dortmund's main train station after he had disrupted the police operations of other officers on duty. The individual acted extremely aggressively towards the officers and refused to provide them with his personal details.
Around 1:40 am, federal police officers observed via surveillance cameras in Dortmund's main train station a man who repeatedly disrupted the operations of their colleagues who were conducting an identity check on a person. The 40-year-old man walked between the officers and made a movement with his elbow towards one of the police officers, but did not hit him. The officers went to support in the direction of the main hall, but already encountered the German citizen on the station forecourt and confronted him about his misconduct.
