Meppen - Witnesses Wanted

On this Wednesday, around 11:30 am, there were several hazards on the B70 between Haren and Meppen as well as the B402 between Meppen (Stadium) and Haselünne. The driver of a black Audi SQ8 overtook several times despite oncoming traffic, causing several road users to swerve to avoid a collision.
In addition, the car driver ran three red lights.
