Werne - 1100 Liter paper bin completely burns down on school grounds

On Tuesday (14.01.2025), a fire broke out on a school premises on Goetheweg in Werne. At around 10:45 pm, a 1100 liter paper waste container was engulfed in flames and completely burned down.
At its full extent, the fire also spread to another container and a neighboring bush. The fire was extinguished by the Werne volunteer fire department.

There were no injuries. Property damage occurred.
