Since he could not present any further documents that entitled him to enter and stay in Germany, there was suspicion of illegal entry. Upon checking his personal details, it also turned out that the 39-year-old was wanted on a warrant. He had committed an offense in the past by fraudulently obtaining benefits. Since he could not pay the required fine, he is now serving a prison sentence of 79 days.
