Collided with a parked car

On Monday morning, a one-sided closure of Rautenstraße for about an hour due to a traffic accident caused traffic disruptions in the city center of Nordhausen. A motorist was driving on Rautenstraße towards Kornmarkt at around 8.30 am when he veered off the road to the right and collided with a parked car.
No one was injured. Several thousand euros worth of damage was caused to both vehicles.
