Burglars cause 12,500 euros in damage
Burglars caused significant damage last weekend in Erfurt. In the north of the city, the unknown individuals initially broke into a metal construction company by forcibly opening a metal gate.
From inside, they grabbed a cutting grinder and used it to destroy a metal door. Subsequently, they pried open an office door and damaged several gates to storage rooms. The burglars caused damage of at least 12,500 euros. Whether anything was stolen is not yet known and is part of further investigations into the particularly serious case of theft. (SE)
