Werlte - Witnesses sought
On Monday evening around 8:15 p. m.
, there was a hit-and-run traffic accident in Werlte at the intersection of Rastdorfer Straße and Nordholte. An as yet unknown driver of a silver station wagon intended to cross Rastdorfer Straße straight ahead from the direction of Nordholte Street, and failed to notice the 31-year-old driver of a Ford who had the right of way coming from the right. A collision occurred. The driver of the silver station wagon left the scene after the collision without taking care of the damage. Witnesses are asked to contact the Werlte police at the phone number 05951/995300.
