Rear-end collision on the BAB 24

14.01.2025 | Herzogtum Lauenburg District | 14.01.2025 - BAB 24 / FuhlenhagenThis morning (14.01.2025) around 04.30, there was a rear-end collision on the BAB 24, direction Berlin near Fuhlenhagen. The 33-year-old driver of a Fiat-Ducato from Mecklenburg hit a semi-trailer truck driving in front of him for reasons yet to be clarified.
The Fiat driver was slightly injured in the collision and was taken to a hospital. The 50-year-old driver of the semi-trailer truck was unharmed.

The Fiat-Ducato was no longer drivable and had to be towed. The semi-trailer truck was able to continue its journey for the time being.

The BAB 24 in the direction of Berlin was temporarily closed.
