This resulted in a collision with two oncoming vehicles. Both drivers of the oncoming cars were slightly injured as a result of the impact. During the accident investigation, the officers found that the 49-year-old accident causer was under the influence of intoxicating substances. A breath alcohol pre-test showed a value of more than one per mille, a drug pre-test indicated possible consumption of narcotics. The man's driver's license was seized. To prove the intoxicating substances, a blood sample was taken. All vehicles were no longer drivable as a result of the accident and had to be towed. The resulting property damage is estimated by the police to be at least 30000 euros. The Bundesstraße 249 was closed until 2.30 pm for the complete recovery of the cars.
