According to current knowledge, a 17-year-old was on his way around 7.20 pm on a footpath between several houses from Obere Gärten street towards Unterer Kasparswald street.

At a staircase at the end of the footpath, he was allegedly hit with a baton by a group of four to five young men and brought to the ground.
