Multiple drunk driving incidents and other traffic offenses last weekend

During another traffic check, a breath alcohol concentration was found in the borderline area, so the journey had to be prohibited.

In addition, regardless of the above cases, four drivers were identified without the appropriate driving license. Among other things, this included a 45km/h car, which was driven at approximately 70km/h. Another road user drove his car without insurance and registration and had attached license plates of another vehicle to his car.

In all the aforementioned cases, the relevant criminal and/or administrative offense proceedings were initiated. The violations were particularly identified in Bitburg, Speicher and Körperich.
