BPOLI-OG: Arrests in Kehl

Federal police officers arrested two wanted criminals in Kehl during checks yesterday. During a check at the train station, a Mongolian national was under arrest warrant for a violation of the Residence Act.
The 33-year-old was able to pay the fine and thus avoid a 50-day prison sentence. Another arrest was made during the check of a long-distance bus at the Europe Bridge. Here, a Romanian national was wanted for endangering road traffic. He was taken to prison to serve a 30-day prison sentence.
