Böhl-Iggelheim: Dangerous interference in road traffic due to falling fir trees

The responsible 65-year-old truck driver could be identified afterwards. He is facing a criminal complaint on suspicion of dangerous interference with road traffic in accordance with § 315 b of the German Penal Code. In addition, a report will be made to the responsible driving license office.

In this context, it is pointed out that any load, for the protection of all road users, must be properly secured before starting a journey. In case of violations, in addition to a regulatory offense, criminal proceedings can be initiated in individual cases and the driving license can be withdrawn.
