Press release from the SZ/PE/WF Police Inspection on 17.01.2025

A 25-year-old victim and her schoolchild were crossing the crosswalk on Berliner Straße when presumably from Chemnitzer Straße, a dark blue car with a female driver turned left onto Berliner Straße and apparently overlooked the mother with her child on the crosswalk. Both were able to jump back at the last moment and thus prevent an accident. The car briefly stopped and then continued driving.

The police are looking for informants who can provide information about the offending vehicle and the driver. Please contact the police at 05341 1897-0.
