The officers noticed that the front brake discs were cracked on both sides. The transporter was immediately presented to an expert, who confirmed the significant defects. In this condition, further travel was not possible, which is why further travel was prohibited until the damage was repaired.
Another vehicle was detected around 8:15 pm. This was a tractor unit with temporary license plates, for which the main inspection had already expired. The semi-trailer with export license plates was loaded with other parts - partially disassembled semi-trailers. Due to their length, the doors of the loaded semi-trailer could no longer be closed, so that the doors attached to the side caused the vehicle to be over-width. In addition, the loaded and disassembled trailer parts were inadequately secured with partially damaged tension belts. Therefore, this driver of the tractor unit was also prohibited from continuing his journey. The driver of the small truck as well as the driver of the tractor unit now face charges including fines.
