Wesel - Police are looking for witnesses after burglary

On Thursday, between 6 and 6.50 am, unknown individuals broke into a single-family house on Diersfordter Street. A resident noticed a beam of light shining into his kitchen around 6.50 am.
He also noticed an unknown person running down the stairs. The man alerted the police. Officers determined that the perpetrator had pried open the dining room window to gain entry into the house.

He stole cash; whether he stole more is being investigated by the criminal police. Witnesses are asked to contact the North Police Station in Wesel at the phone number 0281 / 107-0.
