72-year-old pedelec rider falls on Paderborn Street

Verl (MK) - On Wednesday morning (15.01., 07.50 am), a 72-year-old woman from Verl fell on Paderborner Street as she was trying to cross it with her pedelec. On her way towards Verl, the woman intended to cross Paderborner Street near the shooting hall.
Due to weather-related slipperiness, the pedelec rider lost control of her bicycle. First responders took care of the injured woman until the arrival of the ambulance. She was then taken to a hospital in Gütersloh for further inpatient treatment.
