Search for missing woman

Since the afternoon hours of January 14, 2025, a 61-year-old woman from Lüdenscheid has been missing from a residential home on Kölner Straße. Due to an illness, she is disoriented in terms of time and location, but is still mobile.

It cannot be ruled out that the person sought may be in a helpless or even life-threatening situation. The police were informed of her disappearance yesterday afternoon. In the search, a drone team from the fire department, as well as mantrailer and area search dogs, were or are being used. A dog's trail leads to Kierspe.
