The driver ignored the police's stop signs at the turnoff of Grüner Weg towards Gut-Dämme-Straße and continued his journey towards Krefelder Straße. He was finally able to escape with his car.
The traffic department of the Aachen police has initiated investigations, among other things, for endangering road traffic and an illegal motor vehicle race. The suspect driver of the car has already appeared several times to the police.
Witnesses and/or road users who observed the pursuit and the dangerous situation (possibly also from the opposite lane) or were themselves endangered by the driver's driving style are being sought.
