(UL) Blaustein - Kitchen fire in multi-family house / A technical defect in an electrical appliance probably led to a fire in Blaustein on Tuesday

Just before 7 p. m.
, the fire department was called to Dillingerstraße in Ehrenstein. A fire had broken out in an apartment in the multi-family house. The residents were able to leave the building and remained unharmed. The fire department quickly got the fire under control. The Ulm-West police station has begun investigations into the cause of the fire. Initial findings suggest that a technical defect in the supply line to the oven and the stove led to the fire. The damage is estimated at around 1,000 euros. After sufficient ventilation of the building, the residents were able to return to their apartments.
